These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of camerastopper.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Use, installation, possession, display, or operation of any product on a public road or in any jurisdiction where prohibited may result in citations, fines, penalties, impoundment, confiscation, administrative action, civil liability, criminal liability, or other consequences, all of which are solely your responsibility.

6. Orders; Acceptance; Cancellation

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, shipping limitations, or suspected violation of these Terms.

If payment has already been captured for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund of the captured amount through the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or promotional errors at any time, including after an order is submitted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information for all purchases.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Delay

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and transit windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Camera Stopper is not liable for carrier delays, delivery interruptions, weather events, theft, loss after confirmed delivery, address errors provided by the customer, customs delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Legal Disclaimer, the provision that provides greater protection to Camera Stopper shall control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, any product, or any purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
