Shipping & Returns Policy

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days and accept returns within  30 days of receiving your order.

 Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the performance of the shipping carrier.

Most orders include free standard shipping unless an expedited shipping method is selected at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available for certain orders and destinations, and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, Camera Stopper is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, delivery interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is lost or stolen after delivery, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and, where applicable, local authorities. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.

To request a return, please contact us at camerastopper@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that are used, damaged, incomplete, returned outside the return window, or otherwise not in compliance with this policy.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue.
